SD型式 單膠鍋單條紙上膠系統

SD上膠系統得因應紙管製造的需要，可供選擇紙卷單面上膠或雙面上膠，最大的特色是單張紙使用單一個上膠鍋，非常易於操作及清洗，紙張張力可使用彈簧式或氣壓式，白膠循環使用氣壓幫浦；紙卷數量範圍為10-36紙條，紙寬度範圍是40-200 mm。

IG型式 浸泡式上膠系統

IG上膠系統得因應紙管製造的需要，使用浸泡式上膠方式或淋瀑式上膠，紙張張力可使用彈簧式或氣壓式，白膠送膠使用氣壓幫浦；紙卷數量範圍自10至36條紙，紙寬度範圍是60-250 mm。

RG型式 滾輪式上膠系統

RG上膠系統是最便宜的上膠系統，其最大的缺點是生產厚紙管時較難操作，平常以紙張單面上膠，紙張張力使用彈簧式調整，白膠送膠使用氣壓幫浦；紙卷數量範圍自10至36條紙，紙寬度範圍是40-200mm。

SD Type Single / Double Side Gluing System

This gluing system can choose either single side or double side gluing. It's feature is one gluing tank for one ply of paper, easy to operate and clean. The tension controller can choose either in spring or air pressure. The glue can be fed and recycled by two air pumps. The numbers of ply can be 10 to 36 ; width of ply is 40-200mm.

IG Type Immersion Gluing System

This gluing system is immersion gluing system. The tension controller can choose either in spring or air pressure . Glue feeding device is used by air pump. The numbers of ply can be from 10 to 36 ; width of ply is 60-250 mm.

RG Type Roller Gluing System

RG gluing system is the cheapest one, but it's hard to operate while producing thick tubes. It only can use single side gluing. The tension controler is used by spring. Glue feeding device is used by air pump. The numbers of ply can be 18 and 36 ; width of ply is 40-200mm.
